  We visited Dreams Fulham a few weeks ago just to have a look. The store itself did not look the most welcoming as it could do with some capex but the staff were all incredibly helpful and we found the experience very pleasant. I inadvertently dropped my keys and when I called the store later to check if they might’ve found them, the staff said yes and even offered to stay later beyond closing time to wait for me to return. We visited again the weekend after and bought a bed lovely bed. While everyone there was so helpful, we would call out Jerome in particular as he was patient, knowledgeable and customer focused. This was in sharp contrast to the disappointing treatment we received at the Tottenham Court Road store where the staff couldn’t be more disinterested. The bed was delivered after 3 weeks or so and the delivery team from the Fulham store were also great and the installation was smooth. Overall, they have been a dream to deal with!

  Very negative experience unfortunately. We purchased a super king tempur mattress + ottoman base. We are on the fifth floor and our building has only a small lift. We explicitly mentioned that to the store and we were reassured that it would be fine in terms of delivery. The delivery company just came and refused to do the job. They literally said: ‘Dreams will say anything to sell’. We have nowhere to sleep tonight as we disposed of our old mattress. Dismaying.

  Very happy with service from store manager in Fulham made feel welcome offered drinks and tried sleepmatch machine not put under pressure to buy very good experience

  Everyone was friendly especially James as he helped and talked me through my customer journey which I found very useful
